Returns/Exchanges

Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item please send us a request for a return within 30 days of delivery date.  All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the request approval.

 

  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.  
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

 

Contact us if you have any questions regarding your return at info@godandfamous.com, from 10am–5pm EST Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 2 business days for a reply.

 

Returns 

We offer returns for refund, or for web store credit.  All USA returns are subject to an $8 return fee and will be deducted from your refund.  This fee is waived for exchanges or returns for web store credit. 

To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return:

 

  • Email us at info@godandfamous.com
  • Provide your Order Number.
  • Tell us the item(s) you wish to return and reason.
  • Once approved, you will be contacted via email with a pre-paid shipping label (USA orders only) and next steps. 
  • Upon receiving the shipping label and securely packing your item(s), make sure to include the original Packing Slip to prevent any delays in the return process.  

 

 

USA Exchanges 

We offer free size exchanges.  Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.  Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.  Please contact us to request an exchange. 

  

 

International Exchanges 

International exchanges will not be provided with a pre-paid shipping label.  The customer will need to send the item(s) back to us at:

Once we receive the return item(s), the requested exchange item(s) will be shipped to you free of charge. 

 

 

In-Store Exchange/Return 

We offer in-store exchanges/returns.  Please email us at info@godandfamous.com with your Order Number to begin the process.  We are here M-F from 10am-5pm by appointment only currently.  

 

 

Defective Items 

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us. 


 

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by USPS/UPS will be returned to our warehouse.  All packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns.  We will return the items to stock for web store credit less an $8 restocking fee.

 

 

Garage Sale

Items purchased from Garage Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final.

 

 

Sales

Items purchased from a sale cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final.
