If you would like to return or exchange an item please send us a request for a return within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We offer returns for refund, or for web store credit. All USA returns are subject to an $8 return fee and will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for exchanges or returns for web store credit.
To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide your Order Number.
- Tell us the item(s) you wish to return and reason.
- Once approved, you will be contacted via email with a pre-paid shipping label (USA orders only) and next steps.
- Upon receiving the shipping label and securely packing your item(s), make sure to include the original Packing Slip to prevent any delays in the return process.
We offer in-store exchanges/returns. Please email us at email@example.com with your Order Number to begin the process. A mask must be worn at all times. We are here M-F from 11am-5pm.
We offer free size exchanges. Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. Please contact us to request an exchange.
International exchanges will not be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. The customer will need to send the item(s) back to us at:
Once we receive the return item(s), the requested exchange item(s) will be shipped to you free of charge.
