Q:  Are you still shipping out orders currently during the COVID-19 pandemic? 
A:  Yes!  Our studio and warehouse in Brooklyn, NY is still operational and we are shipping out both domestic and international orders 5 days a week.  We are taking all necessary precautions around sanitation and following all national pandemic procedures and guidelines to ensure we and you are safe. 



Orders & Fulfillment
Q:  I ordered something.  Has it shipped yet? 
A:  Due to the volume and frequency, please allow 1-2 days for your order to process and ship out.  We will send confirmation w/ tracking when it does.  All orders are shipped out M-F at 4pm/EST from NY.  For orders placed on a recent release, holiday or sale; please allow up to 1 week for orders to ship. 
Q:  Can I order online and pickup in person?
A:  Yes.  We allow for local in-person pickups with online orders.  Shipping fees are waived and we will send a confirmation as soon as your order is ready to pickup (usually within 24 hours).   Please wear a face mask.  We are here M-F from 11am-5pm.  Please see our CONTACT page for our Brooklyn address. 


Q:  Can I buy in-store at the Brooklyn location?
A:  Yes.  In addition to picking up online orders, we allow for in-store purchasing at our Brooklyn location.  We only accept credit cards for in-store purchases.  Product availability and inventory is reflected on the website. 


Q:  Do you ship internationally?
A:  Yes.  We ship worldwide with UPS Worldwide Expedited® (2-5 days) for a flat rate of $29 USD which includes door-to-door tracking.  We also offer a slightly cheaper UPS Worldwide Economy (Standard Post) option in select countries which takes 5-10 business days to arrive depending on customs clearance.  See SHIPPING for more details. 
Q:  Yo, that "thing" is sold out.  Will you re-stock? 
A:  Depends.  Some items are staples that we will continually re-up while others are exclusive runs.  Some items we'll bring back from the dead after some time if we feel the need.  Hit us up on any items of interest.


Q:  I just placed an order online.  I'm in NYC and want to do a meetup instead of shipping the order. 
A:  We can no longer do meetups. Sorry!  We allow pickups from our studio in Rockland County, NY located 25 miles north of Manhattan.  Visits are by appointment only. 


Returns & Exchanges
Q:  I need to exchange and/or return an item(s).
A:  We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase. See RETURNS/EXCHANGES for more details. 
Q:  I made a return but haven't received a refund.
A:  Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process once the item is returned to us. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your refund is initiated. Funds can take up to 7 business days to reflect. Please contact us if it's been longer to check on the status of your return. 
Q:  Can I return/exchange in-person at the Brooklyn location?

Crash Replacement & Downsizing
Q:  Do you offer crash replacement? 
A:  We offer crash replacement but it is case by case. Hit us up and we'll work it out. 
Q:  I've been riding a ton. I got less fat and my sizing changed. Do you offer kit downsizing? 
A:  We can offer a discount on a downsize of any previously ordered jersey or bib. The downsize must be the same design and colorway with the exception of size. Hit us up
Sizing & Product Care
Q:  Where are the sizing charts
A:  When applicable, sizing charts are located on each product page usually towards the bottom of the page. See SIZE GUIDES for all sizing charts across apparel lines and how to take measurements.


Q:  How should Jerseys, Bibs and Jackets be washed
A:  Apparel should be zipped up, turned inside out and washed in cold water on a delicate cycle with a mild liquid detergent. Never tumble dry; always hang or lay flat to dry. Washing by hand is always best!


Q:  Can I come in for a fitting
A:  Yes, we allow for fittings in-store at our Brooklyn location.  Please see CONTACT for our address and hours.
