How do G&F Gift Cards work?

Purchasing this gift card creates a unique digital code which will be delivered by email. The purchaser can choose to email the gift card code to the recipient. The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.

 

Is this an actual physical card?

No. Gift cards are only available as a unique code that is sent as an email, printable .PDF or can be added to Apple Wallet.

 

Can I add my gift card to Apple Wallet?

Yes, G&F gift cards can be added to Apple Wallet. The option is available from the original gift card email that is sent upon purchase.  

  

Does this gift card ever expire?

No. Gift cards never expire.

 

If I'm using a gift card, can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card? 

Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

 

Can I use more than one gift card on an order?

Yes. Customers can apply multiple gift cards to an order.

 

Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?

When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

 

Do sale pricing and discounts apply to purchasing gift cards?

No. Sale pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts will apply to orders made using a gift card.

 

Can I refund a gift card?

Yes. You can cancel and refund unused gifts cards. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.

 

Can I refund purchases made with a gift card?

Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.

 

Can customers buy multiple gift cards in one order? Or purchase a gift card with other products?

Yes to both. You can purchase multiple gift cards in a single order. You will receive individual gift card emails for each one purchased; each having their own unique code. If you order products, they will be shipped accordingly and you will receive a separate confirmation email with tracking info as soon as it ships. 

 

Can I duplicate a gift card?

No. It isn't possible to duplicate a gift card.

 

Are there G&F items I can't buy with a gift card?

No. Gift cards can be used as a payment method for any item or order.

 

How do I check the gift card balance?

The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.

 

I lost my gift card code. What do I do?

Can I add more $$$ to a gift card or change the value? 

No. You would need to purchase another gift card.
